Sciences Career Fair - Employer Registration

Welcome to the 2018 Sciences Career Fair!

The Texas A&M Career Center invites life science, physical science and geoscience companies and graduate and professional schools to participate in the 2018 Sciences Career Fair. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet undergraduate and graduate students from 70+ science majors at Texas A&M University. See List of Science Majors and Degrees (PDF).

Through challenging courses and lab work, many of these students have acquired strong laboratory skills. Texas A&M students have also participated in a variety of extracurricular activities that have enabled them to develop strong communication and leadership skills.

Undergraduate and graduate students will be interested in internships and full-time opportunities as well as graduate and professional school opportunities. Remember, you do not need to have immediate job openings to attend this event.

Early Bird Registration: $225.00. Deadline: July 31, 2018

Each Sciences Career Fair registration includes one skirted table (30" by 6'), and a continental breakfast, buffet lunch (box lunch by request) and beverages for up to 2 recruiters. The cost for each additional representative is $30.00. Please note: parking is not included in the registration fees. The closest garage is CAIN Garage. Internet access for your computer will be available at your booth. Electricity will be provided if requested with your registration. You will receive an automatic email upon registration. Within one week you will receive a second email with payment options, shipping information and an invoice.  In mid August, we will confirm your recruiter’s attendance and provide logistical details.

Space is limited; therefore, reservations will be taken on a first-come basis.

Registration Details

Each registration includes a continental breakfast, buffet lunch (box lunch by request) and refreshments throughout the day for 2 representatives, and a 30"X6' skirted booth. The cost for each additional representative is $30.00.  Let us know, on your registration, if you need electricity at your booth. Wireless internet access will be available. Please be aware that participants are responsible for their parking cost.

Note: This year's fair will be in MSC 2300 - Bethancourt Ballroom. We will hv volunteers at Cain Garage and the MSC loading dock to assist with packages.

After your registration is submitted, within a week you will receive an invoice and a link for online payment at the Aggie Marketplace.  You may also pay by paper check.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made by August 31, 2018 with a full refund. A partial refund will be given for cancellations Sept 1st-5th. There will be no refunds for cancellations made on or after September 11, 2018.

Thursday, September 13, 2018

  • 8:00-10:00am:  The  closest parking garage is the Cain Parking Garage. We will have volunteers at Cain and the MSC loading dock to assist you. You may unload your materials at the MSC loading dock directly across the street from CAIN Garage. Students will assist you in transporting your materials to the Sciences Career Fair.

  • 8:30am:  Registration begins at the Registration Desk - MSC Bethancourt Ballroom Rm. 2300.

  • 8:30-10:30am:  Continental Breakfast buffet served near the Registration Desk.

  • 10:00am:  Career Fair begins.

  • 11:30am-1:30pm:  Buffet lunch in MSC Gates Ballroom Rm. 2400.

  • 3:00pm:  Career Fair Ends - Please return name badges and evaluations when you leave.


Please indicate in the comments on your employer registration if you:

  1. Prefer a box lunch, rather than a buffet lunch. 
  2. Are interested in attending any of the networking events on Sept 12th.

Your packages will be at your booth when you arrive for the Career Fair.  If you wish to ship materials back to your company, bring a pre-printed shipping label with you.  We will arrange pick-up for any boxes left at the booths.

Driving & Parking Directions


A parking pass is NOT included in the registration fees. Parking is the responsibility of each participant. For convenience, it is recommended that you park in either the Cain Parking Garage (preferred) or the University Center Garage. Review our Maps, Directions & Parking page for more details.

Cain Garage (CSS) - $15/day maximum:
The Visitor entrance is located on Gene Stallings Blvd. near Joe Routt Blvd.
Visitors must pull a ticket to enter the Cain garage and may park in any available space. Pay before exiting at the pay station.

University Center Garage (UCG) - $15/day maximum:
The Visitor entrance is located on Throckmorton Street. Pull a ticket to enter the garage and park in any unmarked space on the first two levels. Parking in other areas may result in a ticket and/or towing of your vehicle. Pay before exiting at the ticket booth located on the first floor of the Koldus Building. You will be given an exit ticket.

If you are lost or encounter a problem the morning of the event, you may contact the Career Center main number (979) 845-5139. We are located on the 2nd Floor of the Koldus Building, which is adjacent to the University Center Garage and across the street from the Rudder Complex and MSC.
