    Human Resource Development (HRD) is the process of improving learning and performance in individual, group, and organizational contexts through domains of expertise such as lifelong learning, career development, training and development, and organization development. This degree is designed to provide the knowledge and skills to succeed in a variety of roles in HRD for business, industry, and education. This major also includes a strong internship program which provides the graduate with direct experience in the development and management of human resource skills in a real work environment. These internships are designed to match the background and work interests of the students. The degree allows for a wide range of potential employment and accommodation to a diverse education and professional experience.
