The Career Center interview rooms are available for employers to use for on-campus interviewing activities. Contact your Scheduling Coordinator to schedule rooms for interviews.
We have two types of Room Only Requests. They include
- Interview Room Only: An employer contacts students at a career fair, classroom presentation, student group presentation, etc., and has set up interview times with each student. In this case you should have already contacted your Career Center Scheduling Coordinator to reserve an interview room. If you have not done so, please do so! Make sure you bring an extra copy of the interview schedule on the day of your visit. NOTE: All students listed on your room only interview schedule MUST be registered with the Career Center.
- Extra Room to Use as an Office for the Day: If you request an extra room during your visit to use as a workroom for your recruiting team, we will do our best to accommodate this request. This option is limited based on availability. If Career Center rooms are needed for interviews by other companies, we will contact you as soon as possible.
