Registration Checklist

Complete the following steps and submit the required documents to the Cooperative Education Office in the Career Center.

  1. Read and sign the Co-op Requirements and Statement of Ethics.
  2. Complete On-Line Registration Data.
  3. Complete Co-op Resume and Degree Plans in the registration section.
  4. Submit information by clicking on “Send My Registration Request to the Career Center” and check back for acceptance. In some cases, your resume will have been rejected due to format errors. Please correct errors and resubmit resume to the Co-op Office.
  5. Print hard copy of degree plan (from web). Meet with faculty Co-op advisor and have him/her sign and date degree plan, signifying approval.
  6. Purchase one Texas A&M transcript from Heaton Hall.
  7. Call 845-7725 to make an appointment with your Co-op Director.
  8. At the time of your appointment, bring to the Co-op Office:
    • Co-op Requirements / Statement of Ethics
    • Resume
    • Signed Degree Plan
    • Original Transcript

Essential

  • Each time there is a change in your resume or degree plan (i.e., new addresses, etc.), you MUST submit the changes to the co-op office via the web.
  • Check e-mail and web daily.
