Information Due In the Cooperative Education Office
After each work term, a copy of the completed "Evaluation of Co-op Student" and "Work Experience Evaluation" forms should be turned into the Co-op office.

Contact Your Employer
Send your current A&M address and phone number to your employer so they can contact you. You should contact your employer by the fifth week of classes to confirm future work terms.

Thank You Letter After the Last Work Term
Write a letter thanking your employer for the Cooperative Education experiences gained. Be certain that your employer is aware of your graduation date and interest, if any, in full-time employment.

Applying for the Cooperative Education Certificate
Eligible students will receive an email from the Cooperative Education Office to apply for the certificate during the semester of graduation. You must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the certificate:

  • Complete three work terms.
  • Receive passing grades on all Cooperative Education Reports.
