The company/office visit is an important step in the interview process.
- It allows for an in-depth assessment of the candidate by company recruiters.
- It gives the candidate the opportunity to see the environment of the company, its employees, and its culture.
- Like the initial interview, both the candidate and the company representatives will gather information about the other, based on personal interaction.
The office visit, however, will require more planning, coordination, and preparation. Each semester the Career Center offers a variety of workshops designed to help you prepare for the interview process.
