Meterologists study all aspects of the atmosphere, including its physical
properties, processes and motions. Meterologists use this information to
study and forecast the weather and assess climate trends. Use
of remote sensing of the atmosphere with satellites and radar and computer
modeling have greatly increased the accuracy of weather prediction.
