  • Assess future of your chosen career field by talking to your professors and employers.
  • Investigate specialized areas of your chosen field.
  • Ensure your resume is updated by having it reviewed by Career Center staff.
    • Begin to conduct informational interviews with employers.
    • Obtain career-related experience.
    • Attend career fairs relevant to your interests
    • Research graduate or professional schools and take entrance exams.
    • Begin to develop job search strategies and tools.
    • Participate in mock interviews conducted by the Career Center.
    • Register with AggieLaunch and complement this with individual efforts.
  • Renew membership and consider leadership roles in student organizations
  • Maintain relationships with your mentor(s), academic advisor and faculty
  • Confirm your interests, values, and skills related to work
