D&M Leasing continues to be in growth mode. We operate within a 100% Commission plus bonus/incentives structure. There is training pay after two weeks. We are looking for Sales and Finance Managers that want to run their own business within a business. First Year Income Target is 100-200k. You don't need Automotive Experience. We have the Sales Training/Mentorship programs in place plus warm and toasty leads. There is no cold calling. We hire from all kinds of different industries and backgrounds. Our Sales Agents (Leasing Managers) start everything over the phone/online (Sales/Finance/Customer Service/In-Person Delivery) with uncapped earning potential and the ability to write their own paycheck. We promote from within. The work schedule is M-F 8/8:30-6 pm and rotating Sat 9-2 pm.
