The Arts & Sciences Career Fair offers employers direct access to more than 17,600 students across the College of Arts & Sciences — an academically diverse talent pool spanning the social sciences, humanities, natural sciences and mathematics. Both days of this fair are open to all Arts & Sciences majors (social sciences, humanities, science and math). Attend both days at a discounted price for maximum exposure to diverse, highly skilled candidates.

Registration
Sept. 22-23, 2026
Single day registration (Tuesday or Wednesday):
- Early company registration (by Aug. 21): $350
- Regular company registration: $400
- Non-profit/government/Texas A&M affiliate registration: $200
Both days registration:
- Early company registration (by Aug. 21): $500
- Regular company registration: $600
- Non-profit/government/Texas A&M affiliate registration: $300
Registration deadline is Sept.11, 2026.
Additional Information:
- Each registration includes
- a continental breakfast, buffet lunch and refreshments for two representatives.
- 30″ x 6′ skirted table.
- The cost for each additional representative is $30.
- WiFi access will be available.
- Participants are responsible for their parking costs.
Payment
After your registration is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. In your confirmation there will be a link for online payment at Flywire.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before Sept. 11, 2026 will receive a full refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made on or after Sept. 11, 2026.
