Tuesday, Sept. 22
12-2 p.m. Representatives check-in and set up at their booth
2 p.m. Career Fair begins
4-5:30 p.m. Early Dinner
7 p.m. Career Fair ends
Wednesday, Sept. 23
8-10 a.m. Representatives check-in and set up at their booth
8-10 a.m. Light breakfast
10 a.m. Career Fair begins
11:30-1 p.m. Lunch
3 p.m. Career Fair ends
Shipping Materials
If you choose to mail your materials for the Arts & Sciences Career Fair, please plan for your packages to arrive 1-2 weeks before the event.
Send your booth materials to the following address:

If you wish to ship your materials back after the fair, please bring a pre-printed shipping label. We will arrange pick-up for any boxes left at the booths.
Parking
Please note that registration fees do not cover the cost of a parking pass. Each participant is responsible for their parking arrangements. To ensure convenience, we recommend utilizing one of the following parking options.
Please make sure you are parking in the designated parking areas to avoid the ticketing or towing of your vehicle.
If you are lost or encounter a problem the morning of the event, you may contact the Career Center main number (979) 845-5139. Our office is on the 2nd Floor of the Koldus Building, adjacent to the University Center Garage and across the street from the Rudder Complex and MSC.
