The Texas A&M Career Center offers a variety of career development services including major and career exploration; job, co-op and internship opportunities; career assessments; resume and cover letter critiques; workshops and programs; experiential education; career fairs; interview preparation; applying to graduate & professional school; compensation evaluation; and more. Virtual Drop-Ins
Our drop-ins are great for getting your resume/cover letter reviewed and for questions related to interviews, salary negotiation etc.
- Drop-ins are 15-20 minute interactions with a career advisor on duty with no need to make an appointment.
- Fall and spring: Monday through Friday from 8:30-11 a.m. and 1:30-4 p.m. during peak season and only in afternoons during the second half of fall and spring semesters.
- Summer: Monday through Thursday from 1:30-4 p.m.
Drop-ins are offered through a single entry point via Zoom to all our students. In addition to General Drop-ins, we offer Specialized Drop-ins specifically for:
- Graduate Students – Wednesday/Friday from 8:30-10:30 a.m. via Zoom (currently enrolled masters and PhD students)
- Former Students – Wednesday from 1:30-4 p.m. via Zoom (any class year or field of work looking for career guidance)
- AGLS Students – Wednesday from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. in-person at 517 AGLS Building
- Mays Business School Students – Monday from 9:30-11:30 a.m. and Thursday from 1:30-3:30 p.m. via Zoom or in-person at 235 Wehner Building
- Applying to Grad School – Monday from 1:30-4:30 p.m. via Zoom (any current Texas A&M student seeking help on graduate school applications)
Students are encouraged to use Vmock to get online resume feedback prior to attending drop-ins.

Workshops & Programs

Meet potential employers and network with industry professionals at our career fairs, employer information sessions, and other events, all designed to help Aggies succeed.
Presentations
We welcome faculty, Aggie Moms and members of Texas A&M organizations to request a presentation from the Career Center.
- To ensure availability, please submit your request at least two weeks prior to the speaking engagement. Kindly note that one request per event should be submitted.
- Additionally, we encourage members of student organizations to review our upcoming events and workshops to see if your members would benefit from attending one of our scheduled workshops, especially during our busy recruiting season.
- While we strive to accommodate all requests, it may be challenging to do. To ensure we can identify a presenter, please submit your requests in advance.
- We also offer access to our recorded webinars in case a Career Center staff member is unavailable to present.
