HESA INTERNSHIP
Who is the HESA Intern?
The Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA) intern is an undergraduate student who is specifically interested in pursuing a graduate program and career in student affairs. This unique, paid internship allows an undergraduate to co-advise Aggie Career Team while being introduced to the foundations of student development theory, the application of theory to practice, and the development and assessment of learning outcomes. Additionally, the HESA intern's supervisor mentors the intern through the exploration of and application to graduate programs in higher education and student affairs.Interested in learning more?
