- CareerShift: A global web crawler with open positions and contacts in each company. Search open positions by job title keywords, occupation/field, employer name, or geographic area. Use the Advanced Search option to see the directory of recent employers who have successfully sponsored H1B candidates.
- GoinGlobal: Search current listings for global positions and a directory of H-1B Visa sponsoring companies.

Even though, this process involves some guesswork and creative filtering it is beneficial to learn more about the individuals and their career paths.
