Job Posting Guidelines

To ensure that all job postings adhere to specific guidelines, each posting is reviewed before going live on HireAggies. Full-time, internship, and cooperative education (co-op) jobs must be paid and require a minimum of 40 hours per week. 

Note: HireAggies cannot accept positions for campus ambassador or virtual assistant roles, positions requiring students to pay a fee or send personal information, third-party blind postings targeting current students, or those that violate our EEO policy.

Fees for Job Postings and On-Campus Interviews

The Career Center does not charge fees for job postings or on-campus interviews. 

When posting positions on HireAggies, employers have the option to post to this school only or to multiple schools. If you select "post to this school only," there is no fee for submitting your position to HireAggies. However, if you choose "post to multiple schools," you will be using the Simplicity Recruit feature and will be charged a fee. Once posted, the position will be submitted to HireAggies and any other schools that you have selected.
