Creating an On-Campus Recruiting Schedule (OCR)
To reserve interview rooms at the Career Center and set up an OCR schedule, utilize the OCR module on HireAggies. Depending on your preferences, HireAggies can automate much of the interview scheduling process. If you are unable to find your desired date on the sign-up page, feel free to contact the Career Center at 979-845-5139.
Requesting an Info Session
If you're interested in scheduling an information session, you can use HireAggies to book a space at the Memorial Student Center or Rudder Tower. Our team will work with you and the A&M Hospitality staff to finalize the details of the event.
Important Info Session Information:
- Please note that there may be a cost associated with renting the event space, which should be discussed between you and the A&M Hospitality staff.
- Be sure to allow for a two-week lead time when scheduling your session.
- Coordinate with the A&M Hospitality staff to complete the required forms and waivers.
