Duties: Barclay joined the Texas A&M Career Center in 2023 and serves as the Associate Director for students in the College of Arts and Sciences, connecting their passion and purpose within their majors to their career goals. She earned her B.S. in Biology from Texas Christian University in 1991 and her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Texas Christian University in 2008. Prior to joining the Career Center team, Barclay taught in K-12 education for 20 years, focusing on curriculum development and team development, after completing 12 years in retail management and training.
