Duties: Caitlin is a career services professional with 10+ years experience in the feild. She joined the Texas A&M Career Center in 2021 and serves as Associate Director, Career Services for the College of Agriculture and Life Science. In this role she is responsible for implementing programing within the college and working with students to explore career opportunities. Caitlin earned a masters degree in Student Personnel Services and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication. Earilier in her career, she managed a centrally located Career Center at a mid-sized research institution in Northern Louisiana. She possesses skills and experience in career development; assessments; coaching internship and job search strategies that fit with the current economic climate and employer relations.
