Students combine a foundation in human relation skills with elements of business, multiculturalism, policy, technology, and biological sciences. The curriculum in agricultural leadership and development is multidisciplinary, designed to develop students for leadership positions in local, state, regional, and national groups, organizations, and agencies that are involved in the agricultural industry.
