    Focused on people, this major provides study in leadership and the human dimension of the agricultural industry. Students combine a foundation in human relation skills with elements of business, multiculturalism, policy, technology, and biological sciences. The curriculum in agricultural leadership and development is multidisciplinary, designed to develop students for leadership positions in local, state, regional, and national groups, organizations, and agencies that are involved in the agricultural industry. The degree requires a 15-18 hour university approved minor that serves as a context for students to apply their leadership knowledge. Prepare to lead the field in whatever your chosen profession.
