The Bachelor of Science in Education, with a concentration/certification in Bilingual Education (BIED), prepares students to pursue a career as a bilingual education, ESL or dual language teacher. This program provides certification in Bilingual EC-6 education. It focuses on addressing English language learner needs in bilingual, dual language, and ESL classroom settings; and includes field experiences in bilingual, dual language, and ESL classroom settings.
