    The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Hotel Management, & Tourism will prepare professionals to manage organizations and innovate change in a diverse and expanding field. The degree provides an industry-responsive curriculum with a focus on experience design and implementation, management of organizations and human capital, data-driven decision-making, service quality, marketing, risk management, and financing of programs/services. Students from this program go on to work at resorts and hotels, on cruise ships, in national and state parks and forests, at performing arts facilities and museums, in camps and youth-serving organizations, and countless other recreation businesses and parks.

    Students in this program must select one degree track: Business Hospitality Track; Event, Tourism, & Recreation Management Track; or Hospitality & Hotel Management Track.

    The Business Hospitality Track offers coursework that covers planning media and promotion, operational logistics, evaluation contracting, sponsorship and fundraising, risk management, and vender management.

    The Event, Tourism, & Recreation Management Track provides an industry-responsive curriculum with a focus on experience design and implementation.

    The Hospitality & Hotel Management Track provides knowledge to develop skills and knowledge about food and beverage management, hotel and resort operations, entrepreneurship, and revenue management.
