    This major encompasses a foundational knowledge in the basic aspects of business including accounting, finance, management, management information systems, marketing, and supply chain management. Students complete a 24 hour business concentration and are required to complete two minors of 15-18 hours each.

    Students are encouraged to select minors based on career interests and skills, as well as compatibility with the business concentration. For example, a student interested in pursuing a career in finance might select minors in Financial Planning and Economics to couple with the business concentration. On the other hand, a student interested in pursuing a career in management might select minors in Human Resource Development and Psychology, and so on.
